CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS:
Orders can be returned for an exchange or a store credit within 30 days from delivery date if they are unworn, unwashed and all tags attached with the original packaging. Items purchased during a sale is excluded and no return
RETURN PROCESS:
- Ensure the following conditions are met:
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The item must be unworn and in its original condition with attached tags.
- Provide the original receipt or invoice for returning defective/damaged items.
Email your return to info@tamavèra.com and we will supply you with details
- For return orders over AUD $65, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for any lost items that were not shipped with tracking.
- Once we receive your return, we will send you an email notification.
- We will process your return within 14 business days after inspecting the items.We recommend inspecting your items before sending it back as we cannot accept any damaged or dirtied items.
REFUNDS (STORE CREDIT):
- We only offer store credit for returned items, valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
- Refunds will only be issued for:
- Wrong size/color of the product shipped by us
- Wrong product shipped by us
- Damaged product shipped by us
EXCHANGES:
- We accept exchanges ONLY for incorrect size and colour.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
- To cancel an unprocessed order, contact our customer support team with your order number and contact information. You'll receive a full refund, including shipping fees, if the order has not yet been shipped.
